Thank you Newark City Schools-NHS for letting me join yesterday at their Skilled Trades Fair! It is always so inspiring to interact with students and hear about all the different directions they are wanting to explore for their future. Found a couple future DSPs as well!

✨ Two Days. Big Ideas. One Shared Vision! ✨
Last week, we spent two days digging in, dreaming big, and planning for the future during our Strategic Planning session! 💡🙌

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us and brought their ideas, experiences, and passion to the table. We were so grateful to have individuals we serve, family members, our Board of Directors, and County Board members all represented. Having so many different voices in the room made the conversation that much more meaningful! ❤️

And a special THANK YOU to Steve from MEORC for facilitating our two days and keeping us focused, engaged, and moving forward! 👏

We’re excited about the ideas, goals, and possibilities that came out of these conversations—and even more excited about what’s ahead! 🚀

DAY 5: Making Memories in the 2000s!

What better way to celebrate DSP Appreciation Week than with a fun 2000s-themed luncheon with our amazing DSPs and the individuals we support! 🎶🍕🎮

A huge THANK YOU to Chapter 41 – United Ancient Order of Druids for hosting us and helping us make the day extra special! 💙

Day 4: It’s all that and more! Welcome to the 90s today’s giveaway was keychain gaming systems and we enjoyed a wonderful DSP Appreciation Event hosted by LCBDD!

Day 3: Totally Awesome!! Today we took it back to the 80s and gave away hacky sacks and Rubix cubes. Two of our DSPs got to enjoys a VIP package to the Lighthouse Cove Appreciation Event. 💕
