WFD operates out of 5 stations located throughout Wasatch County. The Midway and Jordanelle Fire stations are manned full time, the Heber station is manned during peak daytime hours and our Wallsburg / Timberlakes stations have volunteer response. WFD provides structure fire protection, wildland fire response, EMS services, Hazardous Materials response and education to all of the communities within Wasatch County. This page has been set up to provide safety information and to show what we do as a department such as training, calls, community service etc. Any comments that are negative, untrue, or controversial may be deleted at the discretion of WFD administration.

Hello all, our firefighters association is partnering with ARUP Blood Services to host a blood drive. ARUP supplies blood products to AirMed, so this is a great opportunity to support the lifesaving care we see firsthand.

When: October 22, 2026, from 10am - 2pm.
Where: Community Room, 251 E 1200 S, Heber City.

Please consider donating and inviting your family and friends. You can schedule an appointment using the QR code on the attached flyer or by calling 801-584-5272. Walk-ins are also welcome! Every donor will receive a $10 Amazon gift card and a donor T-shirt.

It will proceed through Heber on Main Street from the Airport and follow Highway 40 until I-80. Then I-80 to Summit Park. VEHICLE FIRE

On September 20 at approximately 0830, Wasatch Fire was paged to a vehicle fire on SR32 eastbound. Upon arrival the vehicle was fully engulfed. A quick fire attack was made and the fire was extinguished. No injuries.

We would like to extend a big thank you to Grand Hyatt Deer Valley for allowing us to do the annual 9/11 stair climb at Grand Hyatt Hotel. 110 stories to remember those 343 firefighters that made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001. They will never be forgotten.
