Hi, Neighbors!

Last night, Beansy, Elliot (not pictured because he went home to bed… being the resident dragon will take a lot out of a guy) and I, acting on behalf of the Hebron Public Library, got to live out a lifelong dream of mine, acting as a Bard and towne crier at Fae Light in Woodstock… while a scheduling conflict only allowed me to be there for half of the event, I had a maximum amount of fun and was thrilled to tell the tale of The Piper and the Púca to a crowd of people. Thanks to Randy and Paula at Casting Whimsy for putting on such a fantastic event… Can’t wait to come back and tell stories next year for the full event!!

Next on the docket: The Hebron Fall Fest, Trunk or Treat, and Haunted Hebron Ghost Tour on October 17! Hope to see you all there!

Concluding our Fairy Tales theme, we will be reading 2 very popular "wolf" stories. Come to Hebron Public Library on Friday at 11:00 and hear the story of "The Three Little Pigs" and "Little Red Riding Hood."

Both of these stories have a very "sneeky" wolf, but as you will hear in the story, they are fooled by some very "smart" characters.

Soooo much fun today! We read 2 different "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" stories, and oh my...one was very traditional and the other was very silly!! Lol.
The silly one was called "Goatilocks and the Three Bears" and if you know anything about goats, more than just the porridge got eaten!! Lol.

It was so fun, thanks to all of you that came in. I so look forward to Fridays.

Well, we are continuing with our "classic" stories, by reading Goldilocks and the Three Bears! Another favorite!

Come to Hebron Public Library on Friday at 11 and we will hear the story and make some puppets so you can re-tell the story to all your family and friends.

Look at all of these sweet faces!! I had a great little crowd at the Hebron Public Library.

We continued with our classic stories, "The Little Red Hen"!! Then made our own hen to take home.

Then all the kids played with the busy boxes and played in the Library. We had a great time.

I know I have said it before, but my job is a true blessing and I love it. So thank you all for bringing in your kids to see me!! It makes my day.

Continuing our "Classics" we will be reading The Little Red Hen!!

It is harvesting season, so it seems to fit!
Come join me at Hebron Public Library on Friday at 11 to read this most cherished story of a hard working hen. It is one of my favorites!!!

Getting back to the good stuff!!! Who remembers all the classics? That's what I am going to be doing here at Hebron Public Library .
Starting with ..... The Tree Billy Goats Gruff!!
"Who's trip trapping over my bridge?"

Come to the Library at 11:00 on Friday and see what happens in one of the best classic kids stories! Then take home the 2 main characters to re-inact the story at home!!!
I am excited to share the classics with all my Hebron kids!!!

What a blessing I had today!! Look at all my kids! Lol. What fun we had at Hebron Public Library today. Stories, crafts, play-doh, toys, etc... you name it we did it!!

Remember, this is open to anyone that wants to come. We will be returning to our normal Friday spot on Friday Sept. 11th. at 11.
