Enjoyed participating with colleagues and networking with counterparts at the WRCOG General Membership Leadership Conference last Thursday at Pechanga Resort.

We were also inspired and entertained by America’s Got Talent contestant, Kodi Lee! Kodi is an unbelievably talented young man who is a blind, autistic savant. We can’t possibly fully appreciate Kodi’s world, but are so blessed to have him in our world!

Keynote speaker and former White House Press Secretary, Josh Earnest shared some interesting personal perspectives of his experiences.

And, taking the reins from County Supervisor Chuck Washington is our own Mayor Bonnie Wright who was elected to serve as the 2019/2020 Chair of WRCOG’s Executive Committee!

On this day we celebrate Fathers Day in honor of all the great Dads who unselfishly provide for their families, and inspire their children with daily demonstrations of positive attributes. Whether your father is still with you or has passed, please take the time to share your heartfelt love and appreciation for him and all he’s done to help make you the best person you can be.

Once again, Hemet PD is partnering with the Central County United Way for the Annual Santa’s Workshop Toy Drive 🎅🎄 Collection boxes have been placed in the lobbies of our main station and each of our substations. If you would like to donate, please bring a new, unwrapped toy to any of the drop off locations by Thursday December 13th 🎁 They anticipate 500 needy children from our local community receiving toys, candy, coloring books, cookies and hot chocolate on Friday December 14th at the Fingerprints Museum ❤

I wish to thank all military Veterans for their service to our nation! Happy Veterans Day! And to all Vietnam veterans...welcome home brothers!

I know that the Riverside County Registrar must still count absentee and damaged ballots and render a final tally on Friday. However, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of my hard working committee members who spent countless hours walking, talking, pasting labels, organizing meet & greets, phone calling and all the myriad things that drive a campaign.

It has truly been a humbling experience to have such a dedicated team helping to promote my candidacy! I’m so blessed to have y’all in my life! Most importantly, I thank my wife Karen for patiently enduring all this for the past 3+ months! I love you 😘💞!

Congratulations to HUSD on successful passage of Measure X! And a huge THANK YOU to Hemet voters for not passing Measure Y and instead passing Measure Z!
