When the position of the president is usurped by a pretender and the office is being used to lie, smear and attack all the ideals and principles you hold dear, and your family, friends and dignity are threatened with destruction or murder, you can rest assured that one thing is clear, war has been declared upon us. How we respond to that declaration will determine our future.

Instead of , Trump’s transition team is filled with the same old, same old Washington lobbyists and D.C. insiders who have been fighting for a government of, by, and for the 1 percent.

Not one more generation shall they rule.

Bernie Sanders has always been a leader, and will always have my respect. He quit running, because the election was stolen out from under him. However, the revolution is not about Bernie, it's about change. I will vote for any leader who attempts to bring revolutionary change to this country, who also represents my values. I don't follow "leaders", I follow my dreams. I'm voting Jill Stein in November.

I am posting on the personal side of this page, if you can find it, most often. However, I wanted to say, because I'm in California and therefore my Primary vote does not count, as the race will be decided by first-in-the nation voting states before that, I decided yesterday to quit the Democratic Party. I firmly believe that the Democrats planned to anoint Clinton as "the choice of the people" prior to any debate, and that's why the kept the debates to 3, to save their money for the race against the Republicans. I believe the corporate media have been complicit in this, as has PBS, from what I've seen. To put my thoughts in a nutshell however, with Clinton going after funds from the millionaires and billionaires, corporations and PACs, she will always be beholden to them. In my opinion, she is not a politician that the people can trust. I will vote for a candidate like Bernie Sanders any day over the likes of Clinton, who in my way of looking at things has done her best to imitate Sanders prior to all of the debates and during. Please join with local Democratic volunteers for Bernie Sanders, this Saturday, November 28th at 11:30 AM for training, and calling registered voters to see where they stand on the candidates.

Californians have been asked by the national campaign to reach out to homes of Nevada Democrats, utilizing a national online database of registered Democratic voters. Nevada is one of the five states having the first primaries; although Nevada is a caucus state. We will be polling the registered voters at these numbers, not motivating.

Please bring a laptop and a cell phone. We will first learn how to set up a Google number that will allow us to make free calls into Nevada, while connecting our individual phones to Google, and keeping our personal cell numbers private.

We will be meeting again next week, on perhaps Monday or Tuesday, depending on the most convenient date for the largest number of individuals who can join the second polling event with our local phone bank.
