2 female dogs and a cat were ABANDONED in the river bottoms area of Horse Shoe Bend. The dogs and cat were left with dog food poured on the ground with cat food poured on top of the dog food. The Sheriff's Department assisted Animal Control with the Abandonment. If you know who ABANDONED these dogs or the owner please contact Animal Control or the Sheriff's office to report. If you are the owner please reach out to us and let us know how this happened, the dogs history, their names, or any vet records, maybe there is another solution to all of this.

Stray Male trapped at the 1000 block of Homestead Trail in Frontier. It took us 3 days to get both dogs trapped, but with the help of Frontier Residents Animal Control was successful with the capture. Sometimes it takes help from our amazing Henderson residents to figure out the best plan for action when needed. The blue dog had to seek a veterinarian for the abuse he went through. Urine sores in his back legs from beig locked in a kennel. A stained white chest from laying in his own f***s. Emaciated and starving. If anyone knows the owners of the these two dogs please let us know at 270-826-8966 option 2.
