The countdown to the North Pole of Eastern Oregon is on!

Yesterday, the Land of Lights Committee gathered at EOTEC with local business leaders and community partners for a special luncheon all about the future of Land of Lights!

Together, we shared ideas, brainstormed ways to make this beloved holiday tradition even more magical, talked sponsorship opportunities, and looked ahead at what’s in store for Land of Lights this year and beyond.

We are so grateful for the businesses, organizations, and individuals who continue to invest their time, ideas, and support into making Land of Lights possible. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon such a great one!

Yesterday, the Chamber ladies joined forces with Leigh-Anna & Kianna from U.S. Bank for a little Round-Up fun! There’s nothing quite like good company, great community, and one of Eastern Oregon’s favorite traditions. 🤎🌵

We had the BEST time trading business for bucking broncs and soaking up all the Round-Up excitement. Thank you to the U.S. Bank ladies for their hospitality!

Last week, we celebrated the Ribbon Cutting of one of Hermiston’s newest coffee shops!

The turnout was incredible, the coffee was flowing, and the cookies didn’t stand a chance! 🍪 We loved seeing our community show up to welcome another new business to Hermiston and help make their opening one to remember.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember the lives forever changed, the families who carry their loved ones with them, and the strength and unity shown in the days that followed.
