We are pleased to announce Ms. Stacy Gray, who has joined our district family as the new Chief Academic Officer Administrative Assistant and ECATS Data Manager! Reporting directly to the Chief Academic Officers of Student Services and Curriculum & Instruction, Ms. Gray brings nearly 20 years of education-based administrative, data management, and student relations experience that directly aligns with both the high-level executive support requirements and the technical database responsibilities of this dual role. Most recently, she served as a University Counselor for Grand Canyon Education, where she managed student files and navigated complex academic and financial tracking software.
Her extensive public education background includes serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Director and Assistant Directors at Manatee Technical College and as the Administrative Senior Secretary to the Principal at Braden River High School. In these roles, she mastered executive administrative workflows, managed calendars, supervised clerical staff, and served as the central liaison between administration, faculty, and families. She also brings direct experience in system testing and data compilation for advanced student records systems like PeopleSoft and CampusSolutions, alongside an explicit knowledge of school district policies, purchase orders, and the meticulous data tracking required for educational compliance.
Her unique combination of senior-level executive support experience and technical expertise in educational database systems makes her exceptionally qualified to support our Chief Academic Officers while maintaining total accuracy as our ECATS Data Manager.
