Right now, our grand total $24,306! Every penny will go towards much needed improvements on our 3rd-6th grade playground.

Finally, thank you to our Sponsors for this event! We are blessed with a great community around us!

🎉Happy Birthday to our SRO, Officer Dale Lail! 👮

In celebration of Officer Lail's birthday this past week, the staff at Clyde Campbell spent the day honoring the man, the myth, and the legend... Dale Lail! We dressed like Officer Lail and some of his favorite things (karate, his horse, running the stop-and-go sign at afternoon car riders, fishing, hunting, running, and many more). It was a wonderful way to recognize our SRO, who does so much here at Campbell for staff and students. He greets students daily at the front door, helps them in the lunch line, and keeps us safe. We are so thankful for him, and the students love him! We hope you had the best birthday, Officer Lail! We couldn't do it without you! ❤️🐾

🏆Congratulations to our next Cougar Pride Award winner, Mrs. Erica Carmichael! 🏆

Mrs. Reep passed the award to her because, "She consistently puts the needs of her students first. She goes above and beyond each day to ensure that every child in her classroom feels valued, supported, and important. Erica is responsive to the needs of all learners and works diligently to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. She is an exceptional second-grade teacher who not only inspires her students but also embraces the opportunity to prepare and mentor future educators, including her student teacher. Clyde Campbell is a wonderful place to work because of dedicated teachers like Erica. Her commitment to her students, her colleagues, and the teaching profession truly makes a difference in our school community."
We are so proud of you Mrs. Carmichael! You are a wonderful member of our Campbell family! ❤️🐾

📗Codes, Clues and Fun, Oh My! 🗝️
Sixth Grade ELA classes finished their novel, The Westing Game, with a fun breakout activity. Mrs. Rowe and Mrs. Holman collaborated on the project to bring the novel to life through clues, searching for lock boxes in the library, codes to decipher, and determining numbers on the final lock to complete the challenge! All the clues came from parts of the plot students examined as they read the novel, characters they analyzed, and the heirs in the story. As groups worked on their clues, they used the text to find evidence, thought critically to determine the next step, and collaborated to decipher the codes. There was so much excitement when a group got the lock to open and realized they had completed the challenge! What a fun, engaging way to IGNITE learning and review ELA content! 🔥
