My leadership journey has come full circle in ways I never imagined.
My research on the dimensions of authentic leadership, entrepreneurship, professional identity, and self-efficacy explored the powerful connection between who we are, how we see ourselves, and how we lead. Today, I am honored to continue that journey as part of the City of Greensboro Chamber of Commerce Other Voices Executive Program.
This meaningful program is designed to rally the business community and advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace by bringing together CEOs and C-Suite executives across Guilford County to leverage their individual and collective voices for positive change.
I believe leadership begins with identity, grows through experience, and becomes truly impactful when we use our voices to create opportunities and make space for others.
