Whose Side is Christine Drazan On?
In the 2026 legislative session, I championed HB4116 to stop out-of-state online lenders from violating our state's interest rate cap and charging Oregonians interest rates of up to 200% on loans. One of the bill's primary opponents was Senator Drazan. Despite her opposition, the bill passed and was proudly signed into law by Governor Kotek.
In this gubernatorial race, it is clear who is standing up for Oregon consumers and who is siding with predatory, out-of-state corporations.
