Being respectful is about more than just using kind words. It means listening to others, following directions, showing kindness, and treating everyone the way we want to be treated. In the classroom, respect helps create a positive learning environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and ready to learn. At home, it strengthens family relationships and shows appreciation for the people who care for us!

Our principal is rocking a safety cone costume, and our staff are sporting safety vests to highlight the importance of safe parking lot procedures. Get ready for a fun-filled fall celebration on Thursday, October 30th! 🎃🍁 We’re excited to welcome our Vanderbilt students and their special guests for a memorable VIP Day! 💛

Students are invited to bring a special person of their choice to celebrate with us. We can’t wait to see our school community come together for a day full of smiles, connection, and fall fun! 🧡

Let’s give a HUGE shout-out to this amazing group of K–2 students for earning the RESPECT Award for the month of October!

This award is extra special because respect is about more than just being kind. It means treating others the way we want to be treated, including everyone, taking care of our school, listening to others, and showing kindness even when no one is watching.

🎃✨ Pumpkins with Personality! ✨🎃

Our Kindergarten artists in Mrs. Spooner’s class have been busy creating the cutest pumpkins in Art class!

Students practiced mixing primary colors to create their own shades of orange, purple, and green before bringing their pumpkins to life with lots of personality. 🧡💜💚

We are loving all of the smiley faces, creative details, and unique personalities shining through in each pumpkin! 🎃

Way to go, Kindergarten artists! Your creativity is something to smile about! 🌟
