49th Wing Commander I'm Col. Michael Mullin, the 49th Wing commander at Holloman Air Force Base.

This page is designed to be an open forum for communication with Airmen and members of the community. I want this to be a place to discuss our mission and vision moving forward, as well as a platform to highlight our Airmen's amazing accomplishments. The 49th Wing Mission:
We build the backbone of combat air power by... producing operationally ready F-16 and MQ-9 Aircrew; deploying combat ready forces; enabling BEAR Base, Test Group and other mission partners succeed. The 49th Wing Vision:
Cultivate an environment where Team Holloman members and families thrive. Priorities:
- Optimize aircrew training
- Enhance Holloman quality of life
- Build a connected community

Nothing beats the energy of an Independence Day parade! Seeing our community come together is a powerful reminder of why I am so proud to serve, especially as we celebrate America's historic 250th birthday!

It’s an honor for my family and I to be part of this 4th of July parade and I look forward to seeing the amazing fireworks display tonight. From my family and Holloman AFB to yours, have a safe holiday weekend, enjoy the parade and the fireworks as we celebrate 250 years of the United States of America!
