A lot of people ask me what portable scanner I use for when I need to send scan backs when on the road. I use the Epson ES-300W, I’ve had it for almost 2 years and it has never given me any issues and it is super easy to use and scans both letter and Legal size - I also have the case in the second slide which makes it easy to carry- you can find both on Amazon .. the scanner is $229 and the case is $25
