Bill was a friend and supporter of the FOOLS, just as he was a friend and supporter of every student/peer he has had for the last 50 years. This is a loss that impacts us all and we stand by our brother and his family from Miami Dade. We will never know the burdens others carry and only hope to alleviate that weight for our brothers and sisters. Rest easy Captain Gustin, we will take it from here.
