It’s football standby season and we are proud to be the department that has young people just begging to join! Talk about homegrown volunteers! Tayler Olsen

Happy Birthday Tom!

Tom celebrated his birthday on the 18th. He has been a member of our department since 1978, that’s a whopping 48 YEARS! Almost half a decade. So, with that being said, we will just call this your 48th birthday. 😄

We hope you got to celebrate with friends and family, and thank you for all you do for our department!

Pump Testing Day with Fyr-Tek!🚒

Pump testing makes sure that the built-in water pump and its mechanical components can still perform at their original capacity and pressure levels. It is important to test this, because it confirms the truck will not fail under heavy stress at a fire scene. 🔥

We are always recruiting. Matt and Kaedra took that as a challenge and decided to spread their wings with the newest recruit Tom.

Thank you to everyone who helps make the Adams County Fairfest success—especially our Holstein Fire and Rescue team members who work EMS throughout the events!

We’d also like to recognize the fair staff, volunteers, and partner agencies who help coordinate a safe environment for guests, families, and everyone in between. It takes a true team effort, and we’re grateful to be a continued part of it! 🚑

It's that time of year!

Tall corn at intersections greatly impairs visibility. Here's your reminder to approach corners with high corn slowly and carefully. You can't see approaching vehicles, and they can't see you. 🌽

Happy belated birthday, Kaitlyn!

Even though this message is late, we want you to know how much you are appreciated for all the hard work you do as an EMT and a wonderful mother. Hope your day was filled with love and joy! 💕🚑

Our social media manager will try to stay more on top of things!

Happy belated birthday, Eric! 🎉

To our Assistant Chief — whether you’re running calls, training, or tending the fields, you do it all with grit, humor, and a nickname that fits: Star-Lord (even if it’s self-given). 🚒🌾✨

Thanks for always showing up for the team and the community. Here’s to another year of safety, good harvests, and unforgettable stories. We’re lucky to have you — glad you’re on our side. 🎂

(Yes, this is a day late — but the appreciation is on time.)
