This Saturday!

White Lake Fire, North Muskegon Fire Department, Montague Fire District, Muskegon Charter Township Fire, Blue Lake Township Fire Department, Holton Township Fire Department, and Dalton Township Fire Department have teamed up to bring a North End County Fire Prevention Open House to the parking lot of Michigan's Adventure!

From 10am to 1pm there will be apparatus and vehicles from Fire, Police, EMS, DNR, MCRC, Tow Companies, and more! Numerous vendors will be on site like Muskegon Central Dispatch 9-1-1 and even an Aeromed Helicopter!

And so much more! Come see us and grab a FREE hot dog, see some great responders and their trucks and equipment, and most importatnyl- learn how to be fire safe!

Fire Truck Hay Rides, Bounce House, Hose Spray, and MORE!

The Fire Sprinkler LIVE FIRE demonstration will go at 12:30 as well!

This past weekend, three of our firefighters participated in the Advanced Pump Operator Training. This valuable training enhances their skills and strengthens our department’s ability to provide high-quality training, helping keep our communities safer.

A big thank you to instructors Danny, Rob, and Steven, as well as Muskegon Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 370, for hosting this outstanding training opportunity. We appreciate your dedication to the fire service and to advancing firefighter education!

We would like to extend our congratulations to Firefighter Lucas Medelez on his graduation from the Muskegon Fire Academy. This achievement reflects his dedication, hard work, and commitment to serving the community.

I guess we can call it “ a reverse water rescue !” A few of our firefighters were out this evening and “rescued “7 fish that were stranded in the road and returned them to the river!
