Bravo is graduating from training! 🐾🎓

On Thursday, October 22, we will celebrate Bravo’s graduation from training with a special House Meeting! Don’t worry, Bravo isn’t going anywhere! He will continue to be a part of our Bluff Park family, and we are so excited to recognize this special milestone and all of his hard work!

Don’t forget to wear your house colors as we come together to celebrate our special graduate! 💚💙💜❤️🖤

It’s time to celebrate Mrs. Weems! 💜

October 19–23 is Principal Appreciation Week, and we are excited to show Mrs. Weems just how much she means to our school!

On Tuesday, October 20, we invite all students and staff to participate in Dress Like Mrs. Weems Day! We can’t wait to see everyone’s best Mrs. Weems-inspired outfits!

We will wrap up the week on Friday with another opportunity to show Mrs. Weems how much she is appreciated! Students and families who would like to bring a card or handwritten note are welcome to do so. Participation is completely optional!

We are so grateful for everything Mrs. Weems does for our school! 💜

There’s nothing quite like getting lost in a good book! 📚

Reading Retreat is all about building a love for literacy in our students! Students cozied up with their favorite books, enjoyed time reading with friends, and discovered the joy of slowing down with a good book. We love creating opportunities that encourage our students to become lifelong readers!

A huge thank you to our reading specialist, Mrs. Nicole Williams, for creating such a meaningful and intentional experience for our students to connect with books! We are also incredibly grateful for the volunteers who continue to pour their time into our school. A special thank you to Katie Jane from Hoover Public Library for joining us and helping inspire a love of reading in our students!
