Last Friday, Lower Richland went PINK in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Our Diamond Hornets came together to raise awareness, honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and show support for everyone impacted by breast cancer.

More than a color, PINK represents hope, strength, and unity. At the Creek, NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE! 💗🎗️

Lower Richland High School is proud to announce that our overall State Report Card rating has increased 5 points to 53, moving us from a Below Average rating to an Average rating! Even more exciting, LRHS earned EXCELLENT ratings in both Graduation Rate and College & Career Readiness! 🎓👏🏾

This progress reflects the collective efforts of our students, teachers, staff, families, and community. We extend our sincere appreciation to former Principal Ms. Williams for her leadership and contributions to this progress, as well as everyone who continues to invest in the success of our Diamond Hornets.

While we celebrate this milestone, we recognize that our work is far from finished. We are building a culture of continuous improvement, raising expectations, and creating greater opportunities for every student.

We are proud of how far we’ve come, but even more excited about where we’re going!

💎 WE ARE DIAMONDS! UNDER PRESSURE, ON PURPOSE!

Lower Richland is on the move, and we’re moving FORWARD TOGETHER! 🖤💛🐝

Lower Richland High School is proud to recognize our August and September Students of the Month! 🎉👏🏾

These outstanding Diamond Hornets were nominated by their teachers for demonstrating one or more of our BLISS Core Values through their actions, attitudes, and contributions to our school community.

At Lower Richland, excellence is about more than academics. It’s about character, leadership, making positive choices, and demonstrating the values that strengthen our school culture.

Congratulations to our honorees for setting a positive example for their peers and showing what it means to live The Diamond Standard! 🖤💛

Great character deserves great recognition! 💎🐝
