Happy National Friends of the Library Week! We are very thankful for our Friends of the Horicon Library. They support the library and Horicon community through their craft days, year-round concessions, and the purchase of our Experience Passes.

The Friends get most of their fundraising through the book sale. This is open continually throughout the year. All materials are a free will donation unless otherwise marked. This donation directly supports the Friends in their mission to support the Horicon community through the library.

We’re in the midst of our process to withdraw library materials that aren’t getting enough circulation to keep on our shelves. The best part of this is you can take those withdrawn books home and now keep them! We’ve added some juvenile materials so far, with more juvenile, young adult, and adult items coming.

Want to support the Friends but not keep the books forever? Donate them to one of the 4 Little Free Libraries in town!

Thank you for supporting the Friends of the Horicon Library.
