Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie 🍫🍰 How to make it: Blend 3-4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 oz softened cream cheese, 1 egg and 3-4 tbsp sweetener (I used monk fruit). Pour into a greased ramekin & bake @ 350F for 30 mins. Take it out, let chill, and enjoy! Pro tip: This actually tastes like a brownie if you eat it warm. So either way is delicious 🙌
