Howdy! We had the opportunity to work with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo again and presented the colors for the 2025 Steer Auction Breakfast 🤠🐄 We had an amazing time and appreciate this opportunity!

Love Makes the Perfect Match! The Houston Battalion Color Guard had the opportunity to present the colors at Houston Grand Opera’s Military Appreciation Night showing: Cinderella and then watch the performance afterwards. We are very thankful for the experience 🎭

On , the UH Houston Battalion Color Guard teamed up with UH Air Force Color Guard to post the colors for the UH 9/11 Memorial. May we never forget what happened on this day 23 years ago.

This morning the UH Houston Battalion Color Guard had the opportunity to present the colors along with several other color guards at the 9/11 Memorial Run! The team is more than grateful for participating in this annual event.

Today, April 20th, our team had the opportunity to present the colors at the 1st Steps For Vets hosted by the ! We are grateful for this opportunity and congrats to those who completed the race!

This past Friday, APR 12, we had the opportunity to post the colors for our annual ROTC Awards Ceremony! We want to give a HUGE thanks to those who contribute towards the future of the cadets success. Also, we want to congratulate everyone who received an award, some of who were our very own Color Guard members!

Today Cadets Jennings and Erlewein from our Joint Force team got the opportunity to meet and train with members of the Continental Color Guard! This was definitely an amazing experience!

Our final senior spotlight is CDT Justin Jorski! CDT Jorski has been a member of the team since Fall 2021, one of our original members. Last semester he served as a Company Commander for the Houston BN. We can’t wait to see what his career brings him in the Army Reserves as he pursues law school!

Today’s senior spotlight is CDT Kenneth Richardson! CDT Richardson has been a part of the team since Fall 2021, another original member. Last semester he served as the Battalion Recruiting Officer, helping engage the community and spread knowledge about ROTC. Congratulations to CDT Richardson as he soon begins his journey as a Quartermaster Officer!
