We are delighted to introduce our newest team member at American AllWaste, Reginald Reed, who will be taking on the role of Fleet and Compliance Administrator.
Reginald is a distinguished military veteran with an impressive background in transportation, operations, and logistics. He served as a Senior Transportation Manager and U.S. Army Drill Sergeant for two impactful decades, from 1988 to 2008. During his time in the Army, Reginald excelled in planning, coordinating, and evaluating logistical and quality requirements to support the U.S. Army's global mission.
With his keen eye for detail, Reginald audited the supply of U.S. Army units, ensuring the efficient acquisition, storage, and shipping of supplies and equipment. He provided essential operational and technical input to senior management, ensuring adherence to the highest Governmental Standards.
His leadership abilities were evident in his role as a Drill Sergeant, where he successfully transformed over 4,500 civilians into disciplined soldiers during basic training. Reginald's exceptional skills earned him the prestigious Drill Sergeant of the Cycle Award.
In addition to his military background and professional career, Reginald brings a warm and compassionate family dynamic to our team. He is a devoted father and a proud owner of an Ole English Bulldog named Rahlo. In his spare time, Reginald enjoys supporting Houston sports teams and indulging in his passion for collecting Tropical Fish, particularly African Cichlids.
