It’s very important double check your work. I do a check at the table with the signer while removing tabs and also check again before shipping the documents off.

Doing this will prevent errors and show the Title Companies you’re reliable .

You should never provide your SSN to signing or title companies. Also for tax purposes it’s good to separate your business income from your personal income.
Having a business checking account is also a plus , but your business will have to be incorporated.
