📢 The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Houston will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. The Consulate will reopen on Tuesday, May 26.

🇵🇱🇺🇸 Congratulations to Dr. Jim Mazurkiewicz on his appointment as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Bryan, Texas!

A tireless advocate for strong Polish-American relations and a great friend of Poland and the Polish community in Texas, Dr. Mazurkiewicz has devoted decades to building bridges between our countries through business, academia, culture, and people-to-people ties.

We are delighted to welcome a new Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Texas and very pleased that the Polish consular network in our state continues to grow stronger and closer to local communities.

Dr. Mazurkiewicz’s remarkable achievements and longstanding commitment to strengthening cooperation between Poland and Texas make this appointment truly well deserved. We look forward to continued collaboration and wish him every success in this important new role.

🇵🇱🇺🇸 Poland’s Constitution Day was celebrated in Houston ✨

We were honored to host a special reception marking the May 3rd Constitution Day at the JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria 🏛️

The evening brought together representatives of local authorities, the diplomatic corps, business, academia, and the Polish-American community to celebrate one of the most important milestones in Polish history — the Constitution of May 3, 1791 📖

We were especially grateful that both the City of Houston and Harris County recognized the occasion with official proclamations honoring Poland’s Constitution Day and the strong ties between our countries and communities 📜

The celebration was also part of our ongoing efforts to mark 250 years of friendship between and the 🇵🇱🤝🇺🇸
