QOL Counseling Services is hosting a workshop on ways to free yourself from the damaging effects of codependency. This workshop is scheduled for March 5&6. Friday's session is from 6-9 pm and Saturday from 10 am until 3 pm. Lunch will be provided and masks are required for the duration of this workshop.
