Because of their work and dedication, Houston city council passed an amendment to increase the Local Drainage Project funding by a whopping $20 million! This additional funding will positively impact the lives of thousands of residents whose homes have been affected by flooding during natural disasters, as well as those who experience flooding during random heavy rains.
