On October 30th, our Eastex-Jensen parents participated in a "Setting Financial Goals" workshop in partnership with Operation Hope. During the workshop parents learned how to incorporate S.M.A.R.T. financial goals in their daily routine and learned smarter financial practices that could be taught to their children. One lucky parent received a $100 HEB gift card for participating. Thank you, Jazmin Peรฑa-Jimenez, for coming to our campus to share some awesome financial literacy with us. Our Eastex-Jensen campus received some special visitors from Spider-Man, Wednesday Adams to Wonder Woman on Halloween. Students enjoyed activities such as pumpkin painting, decorating rice crispy treats and a bean bag toss game. There were plenty of delicious treats for everyone. We would like to wish everyone a safe and fun Halloween.
