This project brings 31 permanent supportive housing units to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, helping connect residents with stable housing and support services.

Today, we celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Knowles-Rowland House, a redevelopment project providing 31 permanent supportive housing apartments for individuals exiting chronic homelessness.

We’re grateful to our incredible partners, including the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation, Bread of Life, and Housing Alliance HTX, whose collaboration helped make this project possible. Together, we’re expanding housing opportunities and building a stronger Harris County.

A special thank you to the Knowles and Rowland families, including Tina Knowles, Beyoncé, and Kelly Rowland, for their support in the fight to prevent and end homelessness in Harris County.
