🎓 Congratulations to our amazing BCO Program graduates! Yesterday, this cohort completed a 6-week program that has prepared them to pursue a CNA career, as they continue taking bold steps toward their dreams. We are so proud to celebrate this amazing accomplishment and the bright futures ahead for each of them.💙
At Wesley, we believe in creating opportunities that empower individuals and families to build lasting success. Through our BCO Program, clients receive the education, training, guidance, and support needed to begin a pathway toward a career in healthcare, all within an encouraging community that believes in their potential every step of the way.
A CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) provides hands-on care and support to patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities, opening the door to meaningful and rewarding career opportunities in the medical field.
By providing programs and opportunities right here within our organization, we are helping individuals gain the tools, confidence, and resources needed to create brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Meet Kirasten Buchanan ✨
After earning an LVN scholarship through Wesley’s BCO program in 2024, Kirasten set out to turn her dream of working in healthcare into a reality. Through determination, hard work, and perseverance, she graduated from her LVN program, obtained her nursing license, and recently accepted a full-time position with Strive Health Services as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. 💙
Kirasten’s journey is a powerful example of how opportunity and support can create lasting change — not only for an individual, but for families and our entire community.
At Wesley Community Center, we are proud to walk alongside clients as they pursue education, workforce training, and brighter futures. Stories like Kirasten’s are only possible because of the support of our community.
