Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers, grandmothers, guardians, and mother figures. 💙

Today, we celebrate the strength, love, sacrifice, and resilience you show every day — in your homes, your families, and throughout our community. Thank you for the countless ways you nurture, support, and inspire those around you.

We had fun celebrating our staff Moms this week building some beautiful bouquets. 💐

From all of us at Housing Alliance HTX, we wish you a day filled with love, joy, and appreciation. 🌷

The Housing Alliance HTX 2025 Impact Report is more than an annual report — it’s a reflection of the lives impacted through the work our team does every single day.

While we could never capture every meaningful story, department, and role; every contribution is woven into these pages — whether directly or behind the scenes.

From housing stability and resident support to community partnerships and opportunities for growth, this work only happens because of the people committed to serving Houston with compassion, excellence, and purpose.

We are incredibly proud to be part of an organization that understands that impact is not just measured in numbers, but in people, progress, and possibility.

Thank you to everyone across Housing Alliance HTX whose work continues to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Your impact matters, and it is seen.

Thank you to everyone who joined our Resident Listening Session with Housing Alliance HTX, HUD & ICF!

Together, we created space for residents to share their experiences, challenges, and ideas around jobs, training, and small business opportunities. From interactive polls to group discussions, your voices highlighted the need for more accessible resources, supportive services, and clear pathways to opportunity.

We also explored how Section 3 connects residents to jobs, training, and contracting opportunities—and wrapped up by connecting attendees directly with local resources and partners.

Your input matters and will help shape stronger, more responsive programs for our community.

We had a great time coming together to celebrate our team at Housing Alliance HTX last week! 🎉

This special event recognized our Q1 employee birthdays, honored team members who successfully completed their trainings/certifications, and celebrated excellence with our Quarterly Alliance Award winner, Darrick Bonner. 👏

Moments like these remind us that our strength comes from the people who make up our organization—your hard work, dedication, and passion do not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do to support our mission and our community!

Here’s to continued growth, achievement, and many more celebrations ahead! 💙
