May is Mental Health Awareness Month š
Mental health matters ā and no one should have to struggle alone. For many individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges are made even harder by isolation, lack of resources, and daily uncertainty. A simple conversation, act of compassion, or connection to support can make a life-changing difference.

If you are experiencing homelessness or you are at risk of homelessness please reach out to 211. They are a helpful tool for services in your area. Most often a housing assessment will be recommended.
Every week, our vanāgenerously donated by āhits the road to pick up food donations from local restaurants and Whole Foods stores across the community.
These donations go directly to neighbors in need, many of whom wait patiently for hours to receive a warm meal and essential groceries. From unclaimed takeout orders to biscuits, eggs, soups, and nuggetsāthereās always something comforting and delicious to share. Thanks to , weāre also able to provide a variety of fresh grocery items.
One of our largest distribution sites is Woodland Christian Towers, a community for low-income seniors where Harmony House supports over 70 residents. And the best part? These food distributions are open to everyone in the buildingānot just Harmony House clients.
Itās more than a mealāitās community, dignity, and care in action. š·
