At Great Age Movement, we believe aging is a time to stay active, connected, and empowered. Through innovative, social, and evidence-based programs, we mobilize older adults to build strength, improve health, and experience joy at every age.
From our Great Age Fitness Parks, to mobile music workouts at The Health Museum, to our Great Age Senior Fitness Club at Discovery Green ®, we proudly serve thousands of seniors each year, creating welcoming spaces where movement and community thrive.
