🍦🎉 HERE’S THE SCOOP ON ATTENDANCE AT SOUTH BELT! 🎉🍦

Our South Belt Steers are SCOOPING up success with our exciting attendance challenge! 💜🧡

🍨 How does it work? Each day that a teacher’s ENTIRE class is at school from bell to bell, their class earns an ice cream scoop to add to their cone! The first class to collect 10 scoops wins an ICE CREAM PARTY! 🍦🥳

🏆 Let’s give a BIG shout-out to our current grade-level leaders!

🍦 Pre-K: Ms. Yanez – 1 scoop!

🍦 Kindergarten: Ms. Milbrath – 2 scoops!

🍦 1st Grade: Ms. Albert & Ms. Bezner – tied with 3 scoops each!

🍦 2nd Grade: Ms. Day – 3 scoops!

🍦 3rd Grade: Ms. Anderson – 3 scoops!

🍦 4th Grade: Ms. Rivas-Quinones – 3 scoops!

🍦 ABLE: Ms. Smith – 4 scoops!

👏 Way to go, Steers! We love seeing our classrooms work together toward their attendance goals!

Y’ALL SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!! 🤠💜🧡 We officially hit our $5,000 Color Run fundraising milestone, which means we’ve UNLOCKED our FIRST school-wide incentive… **CRAZY SOCK DAY!!** 🙌🎉

📣 IT IS THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16! 🧦🤪

Get those wild, wacky, colorful, and mismatched socks ready because our Steers have EARNED IT! 🐂💥

A HUGE thank-you to every family, student, and supporter who helped us reach this goal! Every dollar brings us one step closer to supporting our school and our new playground. 💜🧡

Our South Belt Steers had an extra special welcome this morning! 🤠🐮

A HUGE thank you to the Dobie High School football players for taking time out of their morning to greet our students, open car doors, and start their day with smiles and high fives! 🙌

It’s moments like these that remind us how special our community is! Our little Steers look up to these big Longhorns, and we love seeing our future leaders setting such a positive example! 💜🧡

South Belt Elementary had an incredible turnout yesterday for National Walk to School Day on October 7th!
