How can we continue building a healthier, more connected Houston together? One conversation, one encounter, and one act of care at a time.

Healthcare doesn’t begin at the clinic door. Through our Street Medicine program, we bring care directly to individuals experiencing homelessness across Houston, meeting people where they are with compassion, consistency, and dignity.

From wound care and medication support to behavioral health connections and pathways into ongoing treatment, every encounter is an opportunity to build trust, improve health outcomes, and strengthen connection to care.

Since 2021, our Reed Family Clinic, in partnership with , has brought compassionate healthcare directly to families where they live. 💙

By making care more accessible close to home, families are better supported in maintaining their health and wellbeing, while children have the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive.
