Look where swimming took these two! 💙🌊

Our very own Coach Alyssa and Coach Graham headed to Progreso, Mexico, for an open water swim with Reto Ranman!

Tania and Vicente Rangel’s three children have been swimming with HSC for years, so we were excited when they asked our coaches to help with a challenge of their own! Through their wellness program, Reto Ranman, they encourage employees to stay active and work toward a big goal together. This year, that meant heading into open water!

Some participants were brand new to swimming. Others hadn’t been in the water in years. Our coaches helped them build the skills and confidence to take on the swim, and somewhere along the way, decided to jump in with them! 🤗

Watching everyone put in the work inspired them to take on the challenge, too. We’re SO proud of our coaches and everyone who worked toward this moment. What a special experience to share with our HSC family!

Over the years, she has made an impact on so many swimmers, families and teammates. We are SO blessed to have such a special lady on our team, and HSC is truly a better place because of her!

Last Friday, Houston Swim Club had the opportunity to send Howey the Dolphin and Ms. Alli to Harmony School of Achievement Houston! 🐬

We shared our message of water safety with more than 700 kids and talked about the importance of always having a water watcher, wearing a life jacket and taking swim lessons.

Since our presentation was in the gym, Howey tried to impress everyone with his basketball skills. Unfortunately, the ball kept hitting him in the face. 😂🏀

If you’re interested in having us visit and talk to your kiddos about water safety, don’t hesitate to reach out. We love spreading this important message throughout our community! 💙
