We are excited to share that the Consulate General of Israel in Houston, Texas, organized an exhibit showcasing Yom Ha’atzmaut posters created by students world-wide as part of the Curate & Create Poster Competition 2026 🇮🇱🎨

Two branches of the Israeli Consulate — in Houston and San Francisco — reached out to us saying they wanted to feature the students’ artwork in their Independence Day celebrations.

It is incredibly moving to see these creative posters travel across the world and become part of community celebrations.💙

Today marks one year since Sarah Lynn Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky were tragically murdered at the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C., in an act of antisemitic violence.

The pain felt throughout Israel’s diplomatic community remains profound. We stand in solidarity with our colleagues, their loved ones, and Jewish communities everywhere.

We will continue to denounce antisemitism in all its forms and honor the memories of Sarah and Yaron through our efforts in diplomacy, education, and advocacy for the State of Israel.
