Elect a new State Representative for Jersey Village

Representative Gary Elkins is the Chairman of the GTO (Government Transparency and Operation Committee). He needs to be replaced. IF Rep. He needs to be replaced!

He uses his position to pressure other Representatives to amend their bills to what he wants. Bills to end Daylight Saving Time cannot get through his committee without being changed to make like year round Daylight Saving Time - switching our time zones to the East. Bills should be considered and sent to Calendars. Elkins doesn't like a bill, he should vote against it there instead of making Representatives amend the bill to his liking.
