FACT CHECK: Peyton Peebles was not even a judge when this bond was set.
Judge Peyton Peebles was appointed in January 2025 — months AFTER this defendant’s bond was set in October 2024. He literally was not even a judge when the bond was issued.
The Harris County Democrats either don’t know basic facts or they’re intentionally lying to the public to push a political narrative. Either way, it’s reckless and dishonest.
It’s Election Day! 🗳️
From school boards to city races, your vote matters more than ever. These local elections shape our communities, our schools, and our future.
If you live in Senate District 4, be sure to vote for Brett Ligon.
