In case you are trying to schedule a DEERs Appointment at Ellington Field go to RAPIDS online. I made an appointment for myself and my dependents as I am retiring from Army Active Duty. I put in zip code 77034 then search. I selected Ellington Field instead of 75TH.
I requested “make appointment”. It shows no Appts however you have to change the month From July to August and you will find appointments available. August was opened for appointments within the last 4 days of the month of July. It is safe to assume it will in this manner for the following months.

The Ellington Field JRB ID card center will be closed until April 1, 2020 due to the COVID-19 virus. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but the health and welfare of the base and community is our top priority.
