We are seeking an EMT Basic to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Transport sick individuals to medical facilities
Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls as assigned during shifts
Follows all departmental, local, and state driving laws, policies, and procedures
Follow company medical protocol when providing patient care
Determine the nature and extent of illness or injury to establish first aid procedures
Administer prescribed first-aid treatment at site of emergency, or in specially equipped vehicle
Monitor communication equipment to maintain contact with dispatcher
Communicate with medical personnel at emergency treatment facilities
Entrust to accurately complete patient care reports, billing information, and other relevant information to submit a complete report in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned to include general housekeeping chores and special projects
Qualifications:

Previous experience as an EMT
Knowledge of first and and CPR procedures
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
