Starting late November through January, Harris County will be conducting a Spousal Verification Audit.

If you currently cover a spouse under your medical, pharmacy, dental, or vision insurance for coverage starting January 1, 2027, this applies to you!

Here is what you need to know:
🔹 We’ve partnered with DependentsAudit to verify spouse eligibility.
🔹 If you cover a spouse, you’ll be asked to provide supporting documentation confirming their eligibility.
🔹 Keep an eye on your inbox and mailbox — detailed instructions and information will be sent via mail and email in November!
