Amazon TREE is a student organization at UHCL interested in studying, protecting and understanding Amazon Tropical Rainforest Ecology.

The primary objective of Amazon TREE is to provide a forum for all members working on Amazon research projects, members who have participated on past Amazon trips, members interested in participating in future trips, and for those interested in tropical rainforests, Amazon conservation and ecology.
