Dr. Dixie Melillo Middle School - Pasadena ISD Dr. Dixie Melillo Middle School is a 5th and 6th grade campus that serves the South Belt area in Pasadena ISD.

Welcome to the Dr. Dixie Melillo Middle School page. We hope to provide our community with important information regarding events for the school and community. Happy Principal’s Month to the heart of our Mustang family, Mrs. Sauceda!

Our principal is a fearless leader who goes above and beyond every day to support our students, teachers, and families. Her passion for education, dedication to our school community, and genuine love for her job shines through everything she does.

Whether she’s celebrating student success, encouraging staff, or connecting with families, she leads with strength, compassion, and a whole lot of Mustang pride!

And if you can’t find her, there’s a good chance she’s enjoying an iced coffee while making amazing things happen!

Thank you for all you do for our Mustangs. We are lucky to have such an incredible leader guiding the way!

We are so proud of 5th grader, C**t and his accomplishments at the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo! He has been showing his rabbits, helping with the chickens and participating in the creative arts competition.

He placed 20th in rabbits and won 5 ribbons in the Jr. Creative arts competition.
Including 3rd place for Jr. Photography. We are so proud of his hard work!

Now C**t is looking forward to the Houston Rodeo in the spring. 🧡💙
