For week three of National Principals Month, we're celebrating five more YES Prep principals whose leadership makes a difference beyond the classroom. 💙

This week's stories come from the colleagues who know them best. Their experiences show how a principal's encouragement can build confidence, inspire growth and make a lasting difference in a school community.

Meet the principals of YES Prep Southside Elementary, YES Prep North Rankin Elementary, YES Prep Northline Secondary, YES Prep North Central Elementary, and YES Prep Fifth Ward Secondary.

At YES Prep, college preparation starts long before senior year. Students build personalized academic plans, explore college and career opportunities, and receive guidance that continues beyond graduation.

And the results speak for themselves! The Class of 2025 received more than 12,600 college acceptances, showing what's possible when students have the support and opportunities to pursue their goals.

That's the YES Prep advantage. 💙
