We’re celebrating our amazing educators and staff who’ve been diving into the library—some even checking out their first-ever books this week! Their love for learning fuels their classrooms and sets the tone for our entire school community.
Students, now it’s your turn! Follow your teachers’ lead and explore the shelves—whether it’s fantasy, history, science, or graphic novels, there’s a book waiting just for you.
Let’s make this a year of curiosity, imagination, and growth through reading!
Stop by the library today and find your next great read!

Thompson won an award from Beanstack today!
The Reading Culture Trailblazer award is granted to schools that gain over 75% participation in Beanstack each school year. Your school has achieved this milestone, and we believe you’re using Beanstack effectively to build a culture of reading in your school community.
Way to go, Lions! Keep reading!

In November, Thompson had their annual Turkey Trot. As a school, students and staff had to read and log 75,000 pages in a three week period. Because more than 75,000 pages were logged Mr. Teichelman was pied by 4 students and 2 staff members.
We’re proud of our staff and students for reading and logging so many pages! We also appreciate Mr. Teichelman’s willingness to get dirty to encourage our school to read!
