🚨Happy EMS Week!🚨

When the pager goes off, our ambulance crew leaves their families, their dinners, and their beds to come to the aid of their neighbors. They drop everything to be the calm in the middle of a crisis, and they do it all out of the goodness of their hearts. ❤️🚑

Every single day, our team puts their hearts into the care you receive.
Whether it's an emergency run in the middle of the night or a reassuring smile on someone's worst day, we are always there for you.

A massive THANK YOU to:
🚑Our dedicated team of EMTs and EMRs!

👩‍❤️‍👨Our supportive families who share their loved ones with the community

🚒 Our local dispatchers, fire, and police partners who work alongside us.

How you can help:
Take a second out of your day to drop a 🚑 or a "Thank you" in the comments for our EMS crew! Let's show them the appreciation they so deeply deserve.

Today we teamed up with Houston Public Schools, Houston Police Department, Houston Fire & Rescue, and Gundersen Air for a mock crash. We showed the kids how we all work as a team and the consequences of poor decisions while driving. Talk to your kids about the dangers of drunk, buzzed, or distracted driving and their potential outcomes. We want everyone to have a safe and fun prom this weekend. Thanks to the fire department for setting this up.

Be smart. Don't start something you might not be able to stop. It's drier than you think!

This is still in effect. Its very dry and the smallest flame could cause massive damage. Please don't burn trash, leaves or have campfires. Rain is in the forecast for the coming week.

A potential severe winter storm will be affecting the area this weekend. Please be aware and plan travel accordingly. Being on the road during this storm may put you and others in danger and emergency services may not be able to reach you. As you can see there may be double digit snowfall in some spots and extreme winds along with freezing rain. Please be safe and avoid traveling during this weather event. Stay warm and take care!

Posted @ 5am 3/13: A potentially historic winter storm is shaping up for Saturday night into Monday morning. Confidence is high that there will be a band of 12-18+ inches of snow along and north of I-90, but exactly where this band sets up will be key to which locations see these higher end snow amounts. There will be a sharp cutoff in snow amounts on the south side of this band along and south of I-90 as the snow mixes with rain, sleet, and even freezing rain. Regardless of how much snow you receive, strong winds on the backside of the storm Sunday afternoon into Monday morning will likely lead to blizzard conditions in open areas. This is a high impact and dynamic winter storm and we urge you to stay tuned to local forecasts over the next 24-36 hours as the track of the storm is honed in. Now is the time to check your supplies and be prepared for difficult to impossible travel conditions.
