The Webster Animal Shelter has four adorable 3-month-old kittens looking for their fur-ever homes! 🐾

We have three tuxedo kittens (one female and two males) that are playful, curious, and full of personality. They also love to wrestle and cuddle.

We also have a female brown tabby who’s affectionate and loves attention.

All kittens are eating solid food, litter box trained, and are looking for safe, loving indoor homes where they’ll be part of your family. 🐱💗

If you are interested in adopting, please contact our Humane Services Division at 281-316-3709.

The Webster Public Works Department is pleased to announce that Stage 1 Drought Contingency Conservation Measures will be lifted effective May 27, 2026. Repairs to the major transmission line leak have been completed, and the water distribution system has returned to full operational capacity.

As a result, the previously issued voluntary water-use reduction request to customers and community partners has been rescinded, and customers may resume normal water use immediately.

We appreciate the cooperation and support of our customers and community partners during this event. Your voluntary conservation efforts helped manage system demand while repairs were completed.

The City of Webster remains committed to providing reliable, high-quality water service to the communities we serve. 🚰
