See to Succeed provides free vision exams and corrective eyewear to school children with vision need

See to Succeed is a public private collaborative that provides comprehensive eye exams and eyewear for our students in need. The City of Houston, University of Houston, Wal-Mart, Kids Vision for life/Essilor Vision and Berkeley Eye Center are participating partners of this effort. The 2014 school year we provided exams and eyewear for over 9000 students.

Each year See to Succeed helps over 10,000 children succeed in school and life by providing them with a free eye exam, and high-quality glasses.

$100 provides a full optometry exam and glasses
$10 provides one child with high quality glasses of their choice

We had a very successful week at San Jac Central serving Pasadena ISD.🤓 We provided close to 1500 eye exams and glasses for these precious children😍 Sending a huge THANK YOU to our partners🤩 Houston Health Dept, San Jacinto College, Berkeley Eye Center, Essilor, Walmart, PISD and many countless volunteers ♥️ We were honored to have special guest Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo join us!

See to Succeed initiative helps 1,500 students receive new glasses :: Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District For the fifth consecutive year, CFISD offered free comprehensive eye exams and eyewear to students through the Houston Health Department’s See to Succeed program, which served 1,532 students from 76 campuses Jan. 13-17 at the Berry Center.
