Please be advised of the upcoming LCRC road work:

Brighton Road between Chilson Road and King Road
• Start Date: Monday October 19, 2026
• End Date: Friday October 23, 2026
• Work Being Completed: Road Rehabilitation
• Traffic Impact: : The road will remain open with traffic periodically reduced to one lane and under flag control during construction. Delays are expected during lane restrictions and motorists are urged to seek an alternate route.

NOTE: Dates are subject to change (weather adversities, contractor scheduling, etc.) Please contact Garrett Olson, Director of Engineering at the Livingston County Road Commission, at (517) 546-4250 with any questions or concerns.

Elliott Road between Mason Road and Crofoot Road
- Start Date: Monday, October 12, 2026, 8:30 am
- End Date: Monday, October 12, 2026, 3:00 pm
- Work Being Completed: Replace cross culvert under Elliott Road
- Traffic Impact: Elliott Road will be completely closed between 305 and 388 Elliott Road. An alternative route will be needed.

Elliott Road between Mason Road and Crofoot Road
- Start Date: Thursday, October 15, 2026, 8:30 am NOW Wednesday, October 14, 2026
- End Date: Thursday, October 15, 2026, 3:00 pm NOW Wednesday, October 14, 2026
- Work Being Completed: Repave gravel area disturbed by cross culvert replacement under Elliott Road
- Traffic Impact: Elliott Road will be completely closed between 305 and 388 Elliott Road. An alternative route will be needed.

W Eight Mile Road between Whitmore Lake Road and Hall Road Rehabilitation
• Start Date: Tuesday, October 13, 2026
• End Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
• Work Being Completed: Road Rehabilitation
• Traffic Impact: The road will remain open but will be east bound only and under flag control during construction. Westbound motorists are urged to seek an alternate route.

Brighton Road between Chilson Road and the RR Tracks – Genoa Township
- Start Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2026
- End Date: Thursday, October 8, 2026
- Work Being Completed: Replace cross culvert under Brighton Road
- Traffic Impact: Brighton Road will be closed between Chilson Road and the railroad tracks. An alternative route will be needed.

Please be advised of the upcoming LCRC project, weather permitting:

Silver Lake Road at Roger Scott Trail – Green Oak Township
- Start Date: Monday, October 5, 2026
- End Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2026
- Work Being Completed: Replace cross culvert under Silver Lake Road
- Traffic Impact: Silver Lake Road will be closed at Roger Scott Trail. Roger Scott Trail can be accessed from the west only. An alternative route will be needed if coming from the east.

Please be aware of the following work scheduled:

Argentine Road between Faussett Road and Allen Road
- Start Date: Wednesday, September 23, 2026
- End Date: Thursday, September 24, 2026
- Work Being Completed: Replace culvert under Argentine Road
- Traffic Impact: Argentine Road will be closed just south of 6521 Argentine Road (Venture Corners Party Store), south of Faussett Road. An alternative route will be needed for all traffic.
